Job description

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling the complete recruitment cycle
  • Conducting on boarding and off boarding process for the employees
  • Managing salary and payroll process
  • Employee Engagement activities on daily and planned basis as per the yearly calendar
  • Organising and maintaining personnel records
  • Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending HR policies and procedures
