1. Rules Acceptance

2. Definitions
The user “you” and “your” refer to the individual that creates a JEE Ninja account as a Customer and/or tutor. “JEE Ninja,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to JEE Ninja. “Customer” refers to the person who asks a question on the Site. “Expert / Tutor” refers to the person who answers a question on the Site.
3. Right to Modify
When you visit jeeninja.com or send us emails, you are communicating with us through electronic media. We will communicate with you by emails or chats or pop-ups. You agree to provide us with, and maintain in your JEE Ninja account profile, your current and active email address. If the account has been terminated by you or us or you file a request of changing your email address, the claims on all past interactions with us on the previous email address will be invalid and will be treated as User not subjected to jeeninja.com
If you do not accept the changes, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site. You agree that JEE Ninja shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
4. Registration
You agree to: (a) provide accurate, current and complete information about you as may be prompted by any registration forms on the Site (“Registration Data”); (b) maintain the security of your password and identification; (c) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data, and any other information you provide to JEE Ninja, to keep it accurate, current and complete; and (d) be responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place using your account.
You are responsible for all activity occurring on your account and shall abide by all applicable local, provincial, federal and foreign laws, treaties and regulations in connection with your use of the Service, including those related to data privacy.
All usernames and passwords remain the property of JEE Ninja and may be canceled, changed or suspended at any time by JEE Ninja without notice. JEE Ninja is not under any obligation to verify the actual identity or authority of the user of any username or password.
5. Content and Conduct Rules
You are solely responsible for the photos, profiles, messages, notes, text, information, music, video, advertisements, listings, and other content that you upload, publish or display (hereinafter, “post”) on or through the Service or the Site, or transmit to or share with other users of the Service or the Site, including Third Party Content (collectively the “User Content”). You may not post, transmit, or share on the Site or Service User Content that you did not create or that you do not have permission to post. You understand and agree that JEE Ninja may, but is not obligated to, review the Site and may delete or remove (without notice) any Site Content in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, including without limitation User Content that, in each case in the sole judgment of JEE Ninja, violates this Agreement, might be offensive, illegal, or might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of users or others.
6. You agree that you will not:
Upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available any User Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
Harm others in any way in your use of the Service;
Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any User Content transmitted through the Service;
